Moulana Mohamed Masoodh Hasani Qasimi has been leading Darul IKLAS since its founding in November 2016. With 10 years of experience, he oversees administration, academics, and all institutional operations. He teaches Hadees across multiple years from Riyaazhus Saaliheen to Muthaa Malik, and Fiqh through Al Hidayah.

Moulana Hafiz Muhmaed Ilyas Kashifi Qasimi has been with Darul IKLAS since December 2016 with 10 years of teaching experience. A Hafiz of the Quran, he teaches Arabic grammar, morphology, literature, Fiqh, and Hadees across all six years — from foundational grammar in 1st year up to Saheehul Bukhari in 6th year.

S. Mohammed Ismail Nadwi holds M.A., DT, and Ph.D. qualifications and brings 23 years of teaching experience — the most experienced faculty member at Darul IKLAS. As Head of the Arabic Literature Department, he teaches a comprehensive range of subjects from Arabic language foundations to advanced Aqeedah, Hadees, and Islamic jurisprudence in the final year.

Moulana Hafiz Shamsul Huda Kashifi Qasimi is a Hafiz of the Quran with 8 years of teaching experience. He covers an extensive range: Tajweed from 1st year through advanced levels, Fiqh including Hidayah and Noorul Anwar, Tafseer Jalalain, and Arabic literature. He is the key trainer for Imamath, Azhan, Qirath, and prepares students for higher Islamic studies internationally.
